These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rayna website, voice-based estimation services, and related products (collectively, the "Services") provided by rayna ai, inc. ("rayna," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using rayna, you represent that you meet these requirements and are authorized to bind the business entity you represent (if applicable).
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rayna.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
rayna provides an AI-powered voice-based estimation tool designed for electrical contractors. You call a dedicated phone number, describe a job, and our AI generates a professional estimate delivered via SMS or email. Our Services include:
Estimates generated by rayna are provided as a starting point and professional aid. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving all estimates before sending them to customers. rayna is not liable for any financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated estimates without independent verification.
Our current plans and pricing are displayed on our website. All prices are in US dollars. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by rayna and protected by intellectual property laws. Estimates generated through the Services are owned by you, the user. You grant rayna a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized estimate data to improve our AI models.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rayna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will be error-free, that the Services will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rayna and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may export your estimate data before termination by contacting support.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
